Customer Data Protection

• Customer information is role-protected. Brokers receive access to full customer information only after a customer accepts that broker's offer or where platform workflow permissions allow access.
• Documents, transaction records, and lease-term history are handled as sensitive marketplace records and are used only for transaction, verification, compliance, support, and operational purposes.
• We use session controls, access restrictions, audit-oriented records, and security monitoring designed to reduce unauthorized access.

Broker Operations and Verification

• Broker accounts may be reviewed for license status, business registration, bond or insurance references, offer quality, transaction conduct, customer ratings, and platform rule compliance.
• H-Automobil Marketplace LLC may restrict, suspend, or remove broker access if verification fails, information becomes inaccurate, suspicious activity is detected, or platform rules are violated.

Sharing Information
